Call and Message Data

HeyLine processes calls and SMS messages on behalf of your business. Call transcripts and conversation summaries are stored securely and are accessible only to you and authorized HeyLine personnel. We do not use the content of customer conversations for advertising purposes. Conversation data is retained for up to 90 days unless you request earlier deletion.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but are committed to protecting your data using commercially reasonable means.
