How it works

Three days from one phone call to a line that never rings out.

You don't configure anything, and there's no dashboard you have to learn. We build your line with you, you approve how it sounds, then it answers. Here is every step, in order.

01
Day 1

A 20-minute conversation

We call you — no forms, no portal. You tell us what you do, your hours, your prices, your service area, and the five questions customers ask you every week. If you have a price list or a booking system, we take it from there.

02
Day 1–2

We write your script

Our team turns that conversation into the words your line will actually say: greeting, questions, pricing rules, what to escalate, and what it must never answer. You read it and change anything that doesn't sound like you.

03
Day 2

We connect your tools

Calendar for bookings, CRM for leads, your mobile for escalations, your business number for texts. You keep your existing number — we forward the calls you don't pick up.

04
Day 2–3

You hear a test call

We ring the line together and you listen as a customer. Anything that sounds off gets tuned on the spot. Nothing goes live until you say the voice sounds like your front desk.

05
Day 3

It goes live

Forwarding switches on. Calls you can't take reach HeyLine instead of voicemail, and you get a text summary after every one. Nothing changes for customers who already have your number saved.

06
Ongoing

We tune it after week one

We read the first week of real transcripts with you: what it got right, what it deflected, what it should have known. Those answers go into the script. It gets better without you doing anything.

Inside a single call

What happens in the 47 seconds you never hear.

Every call runs the same five steps. The words change by trade; the sequence doesn't.

01

A call comes in

Your number rings. If you pick up, nothing happens — HeyLine only answers what you can't.

02

It listens

Within 1.2 seconds it answers as your front desk and works out what the caller actually wants.

03

It follows your rules

Book it, quote it, take a message, or ring your mobile — whichever your script says for that situation.

04

It writes it down

Booking to your calendar, lead to your CRM, transcript and summary to your dashboard.

05

You get a text

Two lines: who called, what they wanted, what happened. Read it when you put your tools down.

What we need from you
Your services and what they cost
Your hours, including holidays
Your service area, if you travel
What counts as an emergency
Who to ring when it matters
Anything the AI must never say

That's the whole list. Twenty minutes on the phone covers all of it — you don't need to write anything down first.

What you never have to do
Learn a dashboard
Write prompts or train a model
Change your phone number
Install anything
Sign a contract during the beta
Explain your business twice

We do the setup because we're a small team onboarding twenty-five businesses by hand — and because that's how it gets built right.

Line open · 24/7

The fastest way to understand it is to be the caller.

Ring the line, ask it what your customers ask you, then tell it you want beta access.
