By using HeyLine's AI phone answering service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

HeyLine provides AI-powered phone answering services for small businesses. Our service includes:

  • 24/7 AI phone answering
  • Custom AI assistant training for your business
  • Lead capture and email delivery
  • Flexible call handling options

3. Pricing and Payment

Our service costs $199 for initial setup and customization, plus $99 per week for ongoing service. Payment is due weekly in advance.

You may cancel your service at any time without penalty. No refunds will be provided for partial weeks of service.

4. Setup and Customization

Setup typically takes 1-3 business days after we receive all necessary business information from you. You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your business.

5. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any business losses due to service interruptions.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information
  • Use the service only for lawful business purposes
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer or copy our AI technology
  • Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials

7. Limitation of Liability

HeyLine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 30 days.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and we will delete your business information within 30 days.
